Job Description

RGS Financial is growing and in search of Third Party Collection Agents who are prepared to learn and provide Reliable, Genuine, Solutions.  Our ideal candidate will have debt collection experience, strong communication and negotiation skills; customer service and sales experience.  We are looking for highly-motivated individuals that display confidence and a fierce drive to succeed; energetic collection/call center associates with the ability to analyze situations, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Third Party Collections Agent, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 
  • Contacting consumers via telephone to collect on past due accounts
  • Negotiating payment arrangements, with objective of obtaining payment in full
  • Verifying consumer information and updating pertinent information in software as acquired
  • Skip tracing with assigned Internet applications
  • Following all Federal, State and local laws relating to debt collections
  • Following Company policies and procedures
  • Meeting monthly performance expectations
  • Operating within a dialer pool environment and engage in manual dialing
  • Performing other duties requested or assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year Debt Collection Experience; Third Party Experience Preferred
  • Call Center Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED; Some College Preferred
  • Excellent Work History
  • Basic Computer Skills; MS Office Preferred
  • Customer Service and/or Sales Background
  • Goal-oriented and Self-motivated in a Production Environment
  • Bilingual is a Plus

RGS Financial is growing and in search of Account Service Representatives who are prepared to learn and provide Reliable, Genuine, Solutions.  Our ideal candidate will have call center experience, strong communication and negotiation skills; customer service and sales experience.  We are looking for highly-motivated individuals that display confidence and a fierce drive to succeed; energetic collection/call center associates with the ability to analyze situations, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.

As an Account Services Representative, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
 
  • Develop and advise consumers regarding their options to resolve account status and negotiate payment arrangements on current or past due accounts
  • Offer outstanding customer service on every call to create a culture of an unparalleled customer experience
  • Verify consumer information and update pertinent information in the client system as acquired
  • Skip trace to obtain location information with assigned Internet applications
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance expectations
  • Follow all Federal, State and Local Laws relating to Debt Collections; (knowledge of FDCPA regulations is preferred)

Job Requirements

  • Previous call center, customer service, or collections experience ( minimum 1 year )
  • Strong Communication, Active Listening  and Negotiation Skills with Consumers
  • Education requirement of HS Degree or GED, some college preferred
  • Basic Computer Skills; MS Office Preferred
  • Previous Banking or Financial Experience is a plus
  • Pass federal background check, (no felonies or financial crimes) and Drug Screen
